CANCELLATION

You may cancel your booking in writing only. When canceling your booking, the following percentages, as well as the booking fee, are due:

Up to 61 days before arrival: 20% of the rental fee.
From 60 days to 35 days before arrival: 50% of the rent.
From 34 days to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the rent.
From 7 days to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rent.

If you do not arrive on the agreed arrival day or leave earlier than the booked departure date, you will owe the total rental fee. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The above cancellation conditions do not apply to rebookings made out of goodwill. Cancellations of rebookings are only possible upon payment of the full rental price.
